WS& PHED is setting up a
Customer Services Centre in the Nirman Bhawan
premises. This centre will assist the consumers
with all their problems, queries and complaints.
Response to enquiries/complaints
We will assist with all
account enquiries brought up by customers during
working hours in the Revenue/Billing section, in
the proposed Customer services centre at Head
Office, and all the Divisional and
Sub-divisional Offices.
